What we’re about:

High On Feminism (HOF) is a women’s lifestyle and culture brand created to spotlight the women, womxn, and femme-identifying individuals who are shaping business, culture, cannabis, wellness, media, fashion, and the arts. Founded by longtime Publicist and Creative Director Jess Poulin, HOF launched in Brooklyn, NY in November 2020 with its independently produced, Webby-nominated podcast and has since evolved into a growing platform for conversation, connection, and community.

At the center of HOF is High On Feminism, the podcast, featuring bold founders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders in unfiltered conversations about ambition, reinvention, leadership, cannabis, wellness, identity, and what it really takes to build a life and career on your own terms. With a global audience spanning the U.S., Europe, and beyond, the podcast has featured women including Jasmine Mans, Solonje Burnett, Liana Grieg, Elyse Fox, Melissa Alam, Nikki Vargas, and many more, while highlighting female-owned and femme-forward brands.

In 2021, HOF expanded beyond the podcast with High Talks, a virtual panel and conversation series created to bring women in cannabis and adjacent industries together around the issues shaping their lives and communities. From cannabis and motherhood to prison reform, medicinal use, representation, and equity, High Talks creates space for honest dialogue while elevating the voices and cultures moving the industry forward .Guests have included Niambe Tosh, the daughter of legendary musician Peter Tosh, Sara Payan of the Planted with Sara Payan Podcast, Annette Mia Flores of High Her Story, and Kassia Graham of Cannaclusive, among others.

Today, HOF continues to grow as a platform for podcasts, community events, and cultural connection. Following Jess’s move to Barcelona in 2025, the brand has also gained a new international lens and a deeper connection to the city’s creative, entrepreneurial, and women-led communities. Season 5 of the podcast was recorded in Barcelona at Juno House, bringing together women from across the community for conversations around business, wellness, empowerment, and building a sense of home and belonging in a new city.

That connection to Barcelona is now expanding into IRL experiences designed to bring the HOF community together offline. Through IRL events Ladies Night and Sunday Brunch, HOF creates intentional spaces for women entrepreneurs, business leaders, creatives, community members, and expats to meet, connect, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships in Barcelona. Each gathering offers a different way to experience the HOF community, from nights centered around conversation and connection to brunches designed to foster new friendships, ideas, and cultures. Together, these events reflect HOF’s belief that sometimes the most impactful conversations happen when we make room to sit across from one another.
