Kimberly Barrett

In 2007, it all started with a conversation & a lollipop that sparked the passion to learn more about cannabis science, in the confectionary edibles world.  With a passion for baking,  Kimberly Barrett went off to attend The Culinary Institute of America and graduated with a Bachelors in Baking & Pastry Arts Management. In 2010 Kimberly was called to action, to create a lemon blueberry muffin for a stage 3 breast cancer patient. Her desire to help, led to her creating cannabis recipes with food. 

With the passion for science, baking, agriculture and delicious ingredients Kimberly was set on a quest to fill the market with healthy, simple, all natural edibles for all dietary needs. Making cannabis and food something for everyone.  

In 2016, she stepped full time into the cannabis industry gaining experience working in Humboldt and Oregon. One farm led to the next and experience continued to grow.  With all the studying, research and development gained over the past 7 years, Kimberly sees the holes in the market and knows how she can help.  Her passion of combining high end, natural ingredients together with the cleanest cannabis has led her to knowing what it takes to make the best edibles.  Stay tuned to the journey of Chef Kimberly Barrett to see what she creates next!
