Kel Rakowski of Lex.lgbt
Kel Rakowski is founder of Lex which is a lo-fi, text-based dating and social app for womxn, trans, genderqueer, two spirit, and non-binary people for meeting lovers and friends. The phrase "The Future is Female" gained widespread recognition in 2014 when Instagram account Herstory shared a picture from the 1970s with a lady wearing a t-shirt with that message. After working for almost 20 years in the NYC creative sector, Kel is a passionate community builder and creative visionary both offline and online. Kel ran interviews with photographer Joan E. Biren, her hero, for her Vogue articles. The New York Times featured a profile of Personals (now Lex) in 2018.

2. Haily Marzullo OF The humankindclothing.com
Haily Marzullo, a queer woman from Los Angeles was looking for swimwear that was inclusive of all genders, but she was not having any luck. So she established her own swimwear brand, Humankind. Daily keeps the brand’s promise to help womxn feel confident and at ease so they may wear whatever they like. It is designed with everybody in mind. Humankind launched its gender-inclusive swimwear in Target stores nationwide this year and sold out in the first month. Haily is also a consultant for brands like Kylie Cosmetics and Buck Mason. She is acknowledged in Forbes “30 under 30” list for retail and ecommerce.
