WELLNESS AND MINDFUL LIVING

This month, we're bringing you inspiring stories and transformative connections. We're spotlighting changemakers who are redefining wellness and community in powerful ways. Know someone who should be featured—or want to share your own journey? Send us a message on Instagram @highonfeminism!

  1. SIX OF SENSATE WELLNESS

Six is a dedicated wellness practitioner who has spent nearly a decade exploring the transformative power of yoga, movement, and holistic healing. As the founder of Sensate Wellness, she has created a space for deep self-exploration—helping individuals reconnect with their bodies through breathwork, bodywork, and sound healing.

Her journey began with a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Newark Yoga Movement, followed by a degree in Physical Therapist Assistance and certification in Massage Therapy. Drawing from her experience in hospitals, clinics, and boutique wellness spaces, Six integrates a holistic approach that encourages practitioners to turn inward, listen to their bodies, and cultivate self-awareness.

Through Sensate Wellness, she is redefining healing by embracing the mind-body connection, empowering individuals to find balance, and making wellness more accessible to all.

If you attended our December 2023 High On The Holidaze event, then you may remember her from there ;)
